2. Mirror/Whiteboard Strategy
- Copy notes on a whiteboard or mirror.
- Explain concepts from memory, as if you’re teaching someone.
- Draw images, diagrams, charts, and mind maps.
3. Location Change
- Visit a local coffee shop, quiet restaurant, or library.
- Studying at home can get repetitive; getting a bite to eat or a fun drink can help motivate and refocus.

4. Use Outside Sources
- Watch videos on YouTube posted by other teachers.
- Ask friends and family for help.

- Using highlighters, pens, and sticky notes creates a helpful study tool.
