The Student Council has a Spirit Week planned for last week before the holiday break. This begins today and goes through Friday, each day with a winter or Christmas theme.
Spirit theme days include:
Monday — PJ day
Tuesday — White Out
Wednesday — Ski Out
Thursday — Sweater Out
Friday — Christmas Out
“Dressing up for Spirit Week is a way to be creative and having fun showing what you can come up with,” Student Council Member Keegan Ryan said. Alongside that, it’s a way to show your school spirit and a reason to be excited to come to school, Ryan said.
If you have a suggestion for a theme future Spirit Weeks, Josh Riddilington, freshman Students Council member said, “You just have to tell us then we can bring it up with the rest of the council.” All members get together to decide themes for each day and vote on their favorites.
This winter-themed spirit week is a great way to show creativity and make fun memories with friends, while also having an extra reason to come ot school.
