Spring Lake alumni go on to many great things, including the best seller list.
After graduating from Spring Lake High School, Erin A. Craig has gone on to write a New York Times best seller, “House of Salt and Sorrows.” It is about 12 cursed sisters who live in a manor by the sea. The main character, Annaleigh, lives a sheltered life at Highmoor with her sisters and their father and stepmother. Once there were 12, but four of their lives were unfortunately cut short.
This book is recommended to fantasy lovers as it’s a spooky enchanted mystery. You can find her book at Spring Lake High School and district libraries, as well as book stores, including local haunts like the Book Cellar in Grand Haven.
