This year, a second Dollar General has been introduced to Spring Lake
It is located at 16835 148th Ave., Spring Lake–just down the street from our high school.
The publication team took a short trip to the store to check it out! Ssenior, Adriana Zamarron interviewed the store’s manager, Chris Wojciechowski. Wojciechowski has worked at two other stores and was recently transferred to the new Spring Lake location.
“It is much nicer than a lot of other stores because it’s less compact–that’s a plus side,” he said. So far he says his experience has been “entertaining” and that it is great getting to see many new faces.
According to an article by MLive, our Dollar General features the company’s expanded home decor and party supply selection.
The entrance to the store is currently on 148th across from the Corner Market. There is not currently an entrance on the adject side of the building on Cleveland Street.
